Cara's EQ is exceptional!!! She was able to offer solid, sound, and accurate guidance throughout our entire loan process. She was available and transparent which made everything go smoothly. I always felt that Cara had our back and was making sure we were looked out for and taken care of. Whenever there was something to fear, especially right before locking in the rate, Cara's updates provided value and we were able to be make sound decisions because of them, and because she gained our trust!!!
